Li-TEA-gation® is a brand of zero-calorie, healthy tea-based beverages that are intended not only to quench thirst and refresh but to: (a) provide lawyers, judges, paralegals, clerks, law students, and other members of the legal profession with a “banner brand” they can call their own; (b) educate the public about litigation; and (c) afford the economically disadvantaged with opportunities for access to justice.
Li-TEA-gation® and a corresponding previously-registered WWW domain—li-tea-gation.com—are the intellectual property of The Weinreb Law Firm, PLLC (“TWLF”), a New York professional limited liability company that primarily provides civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution services to the New York City and Long Island metropolitan area public. TWLF is not a national company and currently has relatively limited resources. It is in need of an established and reputable beverage company to develop the Li-TEA-gation® brand—which is believed to be the first beverage brand targeted to members of the legal profession—throughout the United States (and perhaps beyond). This need would be satisfied by a licensing/royalty arrangement between TWLF and any such beverage company that would be willing to manufacture, market, distribute, and sell Li-TEA-gation® beverages.
