Service Mark – This is a fantastic brand for a growing eco-car segment within the U.S. auto sales marketplace. This is a great fit for any dealer of fuel efficient, hybrid, biofuel, motorcycles, Vespa’s, smart cars, PHEV and/or electric cars and bicycles.
It was difficult to obtain this trademark due to the generic nature of “Green” and now you can own it. I also own the website www.greencarco.com which is included.
The Green Car Company operated in Washington State from 2004 -> 2015. Discussion existed with parties in California and Oregon for franchise rights but the 2009 recession killed those deals.
I recently parted ways with my business partners and I am no longer interested in operating a car dealership. This is great trademark that I’m currently not using so I’m willing to sell it to the right environmentally focused auto-dealer.
