I am selling the trademark Singlebrew which has been in use since the early 1990s for selling gourmet coffee in a single serve tea-style bag.
Because the Trademark Office considered it descriptive (which they don’t like for names) it took $10,000 of legal fees to get the mark approved.
This mark is perfect for the current single cup coffee market, single cup coffee machines. That would include one cup machines by Kuerig, Senseo, Nespresso, Tassimo, etc. and hot water heaters such as Sunbeam Hot Shot.
Single serve coffees such as K-cups, T-Discs and coffee pods would be included.
Any reasonable offer will be considered. The legal work has been done.
