Kelter is a Scottish term and also means Kilter.

If something is out of Kelter or Kilter then it’s adjacent to a car engine being out of tune. If if thumbs up it’s ‘In working order’.

Service was building and construction maintenence to the people in community who needs the extra assistance.

I was exceptionally busy. However, too much work for one man to undertake.

Hence: Another party can do the honour of making this a legacy.

Selling in America rather than UK for now.

Have my reasons. Personal preference quite simply.
