Rugby Trademarks

| general | July 22, 2020

The sport of RUGBY will be 200 years old in 2023. That same year the Rugby World Cup will be held. The Rugby World Cup is the third largest sporting event in the world. Trailing the Soccer World Cup and the Olympics. With rugby being the fastest growing team sport in America, it is destined to be one of our largest and most powerful sports spanning all age groups & genders. Rugby is growing at an exponential rate and it’s positioning America to be one of the largest Rugby Nations in the world in the very near future.

American Football is plagued with drastic injuries. Rugby, even though played without pads, is much safer than football due to extensive training & safe tackling techniques designed to keep both the offensive and defensive players safe. Something Americans (especially moms & dads) will embrace.

Americans LOVE their sports apparel. Owning one or more of Rugby America Limited’s “ Rugby Brands” will place the new owners in a very lucrative market and secure brand dedicated shoppers for decades. The US Trademarks in CLASS 25 (apparel and clothing) include RUGBY SINCE 1823, RUGBY GIRL and ISLAND RUGBY (2 TM’s) along with their exclusive URL’s. Rugby America Limited has been designing and selling rugby branded apparel since 1981. Current and past business & sales models have been based on selling rugby apparel to rugby players, friends & families for over 35 years. Our goal has always been taking the rugby brands mainstream and into the retail world.

Now is the time for a new driving force to take these Rugby IP’s into the new American markets and buyers. Getting in on the preverbal “Ground Floor”.

This year U.S. Trademark Exchange marked it’s 11th anniversary. However this blog will be a new direction for us. We hope that you find this blog informative and welcome any constructive suggestions you have.
